Colmex Pro has offices in Cyprus. Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) regulates Colmex Pro. In addition, the broker claims to be governed by other regulatory organizations in the EU, such as the Financial Services Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in Germany, the Commission Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) in Spain, and Autorite de Controle Prudentiel et de Resolution (ACPR) from France. These are high broker claims. But when we examined the specifics of these regulatory licenses, it turned out that all these agencies do not directly regulate this service.

CySEC from MiFID derivatives of the European Union regulates Colmex Pro. CySEC ensures that all other regulatory licenses fall under the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).

We want Colmex Pro to be more fair about its legal status. Because there are traders who can blindly trust the information given on their website. Even though these agencies officially regulate the broker, they directly guide them.

CySEC also provides better protection for customer funds. They ask brokers to keep such funds in separate accounts. Each account is available separately to maintain a trader's order on the market.
